With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra Ann Zajaczkowski (Scranton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 16, 2018 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother John P. Zajaczkowski. She is survived by: her parents, Floyd Zajaczkowski and Claire Zajaczkowski (Polaski) of Scranton; her siblings, Floyd, III, Spring Brook Twp, Nancy Snead (Jonathan) of Dickson City and Lisa Sinclar (John) of Scranton; and her nieces and nephews, Brandon, Tarah, Samantha, Nicole, John III, Mary, Lauren, Zoe and Emma. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles.
