He is survived by: his wife Romayne Kozlowski; his sister Karen Loss (Paul Loss); his daughter Debbie Davis (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Davis (Bianca) and Kristi Kozlowski; his grandsons-in-law, Frank Karluk, Joseph Davis, Kyanna Kozlowski and Jacob Davis; and his great grandchildren, Natalie, Nathan, Matthew and Reymond. He is also survived by his brother-in-law, grandchildren, and great granddaughter.
