She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frewert and Virginia Teter Frewert. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Price; her son Bryan O'Hara; her grandson Nathaniel O'Hara; her siblings, Dawn Mewhorter of New York, Debra Ostrander of New York, William Frewert, Jr. of New York and April Crawford of New York; and her cousin Georgia Bell.

In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to Lackawanna Historical Society, 232 Monroe Ave, Scranton, PA 18510. Donations are being accepted in memory of Cynthia.
