She was predeceased by: her parent Michael Derchak. She is survived by: her parent Anna Derchak; her daughters, Johanna Chorba and Justyna Chorba of Scranton; her siblings, Michael Derchak of Asheville, N. C., Ann Marie Derchak of Scranton and Rosemary Rudloff of Sayre; and her aunt Helen Barrasse (Peter). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations, in Charlotte's honor, go to Blue Chip Animal Refuge, 974 Lockville Road, Dallas, PA 18612.
