He was predeceased by: his parent Daniel M.. He is survived by: his parent Mary Ruth Volonino Hoppel Sr.; his siblings, Daniel Jr, Stuart M. Hoppel, Ewa Beach, Donna-Marie Deloach, Denise M. Duerr, DeLand, David D. Hoppel and Arcadia; his aunts and uncles, Bobby Hoppel of Scranton, Pat Volnino (late Marilyn), Connie Antidormi (Giovanni), Lake Ariel and Maryann Crowell (Jim); and also Dunmore.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Brian Hoppel Memorial Fund of the Luzerne Foundation, 140 Main St., Luzerne, PA 18709 or to the donor's favorite charity.
