Guzek Jr.; her wife Lynn of Atlanta; her grandson Thomas J. Guzek III; her brothers, Glenn Perry (Elsie) of Kailua and Brian Perry of Los Angeles; her brother-in-law George Guzek (Sonia) of Dunmore; her nephew Jordan Perry; her niece Carolyn Becker (Gary); and also, Julia and Andrew.
