It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony J. Mazzie of Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 28, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Frank Mazzie. He is survived by: his mother Ann Berardelli Mazzie; his siblings, Frank Mazzie (Patti) and Franceen Mazzie; his brother-in-law Joseph Cavezza; his sister Ann Mazzie; and his nieces and nephews, Autumn Palermo, Katie Markey, Lacey Musacchio, Helene Roberts (Justin), Kyle Santos, Jenna Rebar (Ryan) and Lexi Mazzie. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Solfanelli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc. (1030 N Main Ave, Scranton, PA 18508). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
