It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Ratchford Kearns (Scranton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Kearns; her parents, Martin Ratchford and Anna DeLacey Ratchford; and her siblings, Thomas J. Ratchford, Jane Ratchford Pierce and Mary Ratchford Duffy.
