He was predeceased by: his wife Miriam Kane; his parents, Perry Rose and Anna Chiavarone Rose; and his sisters, Freda Mira (Joseph), Jean Lundy (Samuel) and Louise Dante (Alfred).
He is survived by: his children, Perry Rose (Annette) of Clarks Green, Irene Rose and Ann Rose; his grandchildren, Althea Hallman (Pat), Kate Youngstrom (Nick), Tess Brown (William), Will Nellis (Renata Baiocco), Taylor Laughlin (Steve) and Matthew Rose; and his great grandchild Rowan Youngstrom. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
