It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Lee Chipps (Scottdale, Pennsylvania), born in Kentuck, West Virginia, who passed away on November 5, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenna Casto and Freddie Casto; and her husband Alvin B. Chipps. She is survived by: her children, Lorna Porter (Donald) of Dawson, PA and Ronald Chipps of Washington; her foster son Donald Casto (Nancy) of Washington; her grandchildren, Marcy Clemens (Rick), Debra Phillippi, Ryan Phillipi and Eli Chipps; and her siblings, Oschel Casto, Mabel Parsons, Macel Parsons, Genevieve Koscheck and Zeppie Hall. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
