Mazurik (Kelli) and Colleen Miller (Sam); his grandchildren, Ethan, Shawn Mazurik, Brittany Sellinger (Ed), Christina Kemerer (Vince), Brett Miller (Sarah) and Brandon Miller; his great grandchildren, Ella Nicole Miller, Chloe Lynn Mazurik, Carlee Dawn Mazurik, Bradley Logan Mazurik and Edward Sellinger Jr.; and his siblings, George Mazurik and Charlotte Cossell (Ray).
