He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lloyd and Mary Clark (Campbell); his siblings, Wilda Oswald, Nancy Shupe, John L. Clark Jr. and Jay Clark; and his siblings-in-law, Gene Oswald, Herman Shupe, Jim Harris and Nancy Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Clark King (Michael) of McKees Rocks, Robert "Bob" Clark (Donata) of Rostraver Township and Richard "Rick" Clark (Vicki) of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Peyton, Ashton Clark, Daniel and Ava O'Brien; his siblings, Maryann George, Patricia Harris of Belle Vernon and Dean Clark (Judy) of New Stanton; and his sister-in-law Mabel Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
