He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph A. Szczygiel and Ruth J. Horne; his wife Kathleen T. (Kathie); and his daughter Theresa Ann Mahokey. He is survived by: his children, Richard A. Mahokey, Jr. (Kimberly) of Murrysville, Kimberly A. Helmick (Thomas) of Morgantown, W. V. and Jason D. Mahokey (JoErin) of Mt. Pleasant, MI.; and his sister-in-law Patricia Sefichik of Scottdale.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Partner Parish of St. John the Baptist R. C. (416 S Broadway St, Scottdale, PA 15683).
