Lowe of Scottdale, Pennsylvania, born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward and Manetta Genevieve Raymond (Jones); her husband Maurice C. Lowe; and her grandson Jonathan Payne. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Lowe (Mary Ann) of Connellsville, Clint Lowe (Connie) of Dawson and Joel Lowe (Sherry) of Mount Pleasant; and her grandchildren, Stacy, Brandi, Jennifer, Joel Jr., Michele and Olivia. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
