She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Homer and Marie Eleanor Starrett (Topper); her siblings, Catherine Lovaine, Frances Prouty and Charles Starrett; and her nephew Richard Allen Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Robert W. Ersick (Dina) of Scottdale, Patricia Ann Hollenbeck (Bruce) of Canonsburg, Mary Ellen Barnhart (David) of Bullskin Township and Elizabeth Marie Lanza (Perry) of Scottdale; her grandchildren, David Barnhart Jr., Amy Heinen (Evan George), Michael Barnhart (Tammy), Meagan Shaffer and Adam Shaffer (Thena); her siblings, Robert Starrett of Herminie and Rosemary Starrett Smith (Peggy); and her siblings-in-law, Paul Ersick, Roseann Mastrippolito and Janet Reese. She is also survived by her eight great-grandchildren.
