He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Kelly and Luella Kelly (Poorbaugh). He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou "Mitzi" Kelly (Sturtz); and his children, David W. Kelly (Patti) of Scottdale, Diane L. Kelly of Mt. Pleasant and Donald P. Kelly (Shari) of Greensburg. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
