He was predeceased by: Sarah Lawson Fontanazza. He is survived by: his parents, Pleasant and Marion; his wife Marlene Czilli Fontanazza; his children, Nicholas J. Fontanazza, Elizabeth Fontanazza and Shane; his grandchildren, Nicholas Fontanazza and Chase Fontanazza; his sister Della Sechrist; his friend Smitty; and also, Beverly Watkins and Barbara Proud. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and his cousin.
