With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luther D. Wormack of Scottdale, Pennsylvania, born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 13, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lavern Wormack of Scottdale and Luther N. Wormack; his sons, Stacey Wormack, Michael Wormack, Luther Wormack and Raymond Wormack; and his siblings, Debbie Wormack Summers and Dennis Wormack. He was also cherished by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
