She was predeceased by: her parents, James L., Sr. and Ethel Moon Price. She is survived by: her children, Richard L. Meadows (Marge) of Delmont and Valerie A. Sledge (Dale) of Columbus, OH.; her brother James L. Price, Jr.; her husband Lucas Meadows, Jr.; and her son Scott E. Price. She is also survived by Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
