Welch (Scottdale, Pennsylvania), born in Smithton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 20, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryan S. Welch and Margaret Welch (Spotosky); and his siblings, Sergeant Dallas Welch, Bryan W. Welch, Willis P. Welch and Margaret Welch Burkey.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy Welch (Shaffer); his son Barry Rohm (Shirley); his grandchildren, Michelle, Barry, Michael and Dallas Welch (Jaye); his great grandchildren, Matthew and Heather; his daughter Cindy Welch Rhodes (Randy); his grandson Justin; his brother Robert Welch (Lois); and his sister-in-law Joanne Bollinger Welch. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
