She was predeceased by: her father Edwin Carl Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Duane Edward Leasure, Jr.; her mother Donna Lee; her stepdaughter Abigail Hawk (David Dean); her stepgrandchild Jaxson Lee Dean; and her siblings, Rick Nelson (Marjorie), Amy Miller and Scott Nelson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
