It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce A. Stepanic of Scottdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Wayne and Marjorie Gail Felgar Coughenour; her husband Timothy R. Stepanic; her daughter C. J. Stepanic Smith (Donald) of Mt. Pleasant; her sister Sandra L. Schliep (Lance) of Bend, OR.; and her sisters-in-law, Rose Polakowsky of Scottdale and Pat Stafira of Virginia. She was also cherished by Her Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews also Great Great Nieces and Nephews.
