He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Ritchey and Elizabeth Ritchey (Helsel); and his siblings, Donald L. Walter, Regis Ritchey and Charlene Janner.

He is survived by: his wife Myrna Montalvo-Ritchey; and his daughter Mary Beth Voelker (Frank). He is also survived by Great Grandchildren And a number of Nieces and Nephews.
