He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Valentovish and Veronica Valentovish (Kozar). He is survived by: his wife Carol Valentovish (Hall); his daughters, Erin Premus (Jason Pletcher) and Casee Valentovish (Blake Williams); and his grandchildren, Kameryn, Elliot and Sayde Premus.
