She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Fry and Mildred Fry (Adams); her husband Wallace L. "Wally" Lowe; her son Von Lowe; her son-in-law Randall Graft; her brother James Fry; and her parents-in-law, Clyde and Lola Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, W. Lee Lowe (Lynette) of Stahlstown, Kim Barclay (Blaine) of Mt. Pleasant, Sherry Graft of North Huntingdon and Robin Rollinson (Rob) of Scottdale; her daughter-in-law Kim Carrier Lowe of Erie; and her caregivers, Donna, April and Ginny. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren; her 22 great-grandchildren.
