He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Donald and Mary Blanche Kooser (Felgar); and his siblings, Norma Jean Jones and Wendell "Wendy" Kooser. He is survived by: his wife Delores Elizabeth "Dodie" Kooser (Eicher); his children, Donald Allen Kooser of Scottdale and Pamela Kooser Brown (Wil) of Scottdale; and his grandchildren, Lauren Francis Kooser and Lucas Donald Kooser. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
