It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Henry Patrick O'Neill of Scott Township, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James O'Neill and Mary Joyce O'Neill. He is survived by: his brother James O'Neill (Mary Ann); his stepson Leroy Baumgardner (Rosemary); and his stepgrandsons, Leroy Jr. and Bryce Baumgardner. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
