He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter, Sr. Wagner and Sophie Haneswicz Wagner; his siblings, Walter Wagner, Jr. (Annette), Leo Wagner, Joseph Wagner, Sr. and Ann Gillette; and his siblings-in-law, Mae Wagner and David Fron.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Marie Fron; his brother-in-law Carl Fron; his sons, Billy, William Scott Wagner of Scott Township, PA, Pharm D. of Scott Township, PA and Brian Wagner (Louise Mushel) of Scott Township, PA; his granddaughters, Mackenzie and Reilly Wagner; his siblings, Mary Snipes (Thomas Snipes) of Mayfield, PA, Gerald Wagner (Jane Bowness) of Lenox, PA and David Wagner of Carbondale, PA; his sisters-in-law, Madge Fron, Judy Wagner and Janet Wagner; his brother Carl; and his sister-in-law Darlene Fron. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations were made in Bill's name to Corpus Christi Church, 704 Montdale Road, Scott Township, PA 18447.
