He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Ann Congdon; and his parents, Dominick Cost and Jennie Cost. He is survived by: his children, Deb Gallagher (Mark), Susan Cost, Cathy Bailey (Steve) and William Cost (Heather); and his grandchildren, Kelsey Arvonio (Andrew), Bill, Marissa and Jake. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
