She is survived by: her husband Dr. James Roche; her mother Frances "Fay" Galaszewski Tellip; her cousin Paula; her children, Tina Roche (Bradon Hill), Amanda Zavislak (Nicholas Bolka) and James J. R. Roche (Anna); her grandchildren, Riley and Bria Zavislak; and her siblings-in-law, Janice Bartkovsky (Paul), Judith Suhr (Michael) and John Roche (Anna). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
