He was predeceased by: his parents, N. Michael Markl and Nancy Markl; and his sister Debra Hunter (Dale). He is survived by: his wife Beth Markl (Kilkeary); his parents-in-law, Jake and Gerry Kilkeary (Klepeis); his siblings-in-law, Coleen Mabon (Randy), JoAnn Kilkeary, Steve Kilkeary (Renée) and Kate Varhola (Ken); his nieces and nephews, Matthew Mabon (Melissa), Kayla Mabon, Connor Reiche, Ella Reiche, Gavin Kilkeary and Emma Kilkeary; and his siblings, Chuck Gregory (Rose) and Janet Zikeli (Zeke).
