He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Quinlan and Helen Quinlan; and his brother Frank Quinlan. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen A. Quinlan (Loeffert); his children, Mary Kate Quinlan (Joe Bonidie) and Tim Quinlan; his grandchildren, Amber and Jack Quinlan; and his sister Margaret Sullivan (late Jerry).
