He was predeceased by: his wife Ardene Bilinsky; his parents, Anthony Bilinsky and Catherine Bilinsky; his son Robert K. Bilinsky; his daughter-in-law Beverly Bilinsky; and his brother Thomas Bilinsky.
He is survived by: his children, Marie Zawislak (Jerry), Scott Twp and Brad Bilinsky; his granddaughter Allyson Riddell (Roger); his child Jammie Bilinsky-Woodbridge (Paul); his stepgranddaughter April Mayes (Donald Russell); his sister Gloria Clark (Mark); his great grandchildren, Jayla and Payton; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Amber, Kylie and Ashlyn.
