He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Rawls and Vera Rawls (Myers). He is survived by: his wife Florence Rawls; and his daughters, Melva M. Rawls, Jr. (Michele) of Bassett, VA, Sandra K. Kelsey (Jeffrey) of Benton and Cheryl E. Hartman (Stuart) of Oley, PA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
