She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Slack and Elizabeth LeBoutillier Slack; and her daughter Lori Ann Kazmierski. She is survived by: her children, Karen Bardzel (Michael), Gary Kazmierski, Scott Twp, Stanley Kazmierski (Tammy), Allen Kazmierski (Tammy), Dundaff and Clifford Twp; and her siblings, Frances Pregmon, Elizabeth Maiese of Laflin, PA and Willard Slack.
