It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn James of Scott Township, Pennsylvania, born in Blakely, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 7, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Harold James; her parents, Llewellyn Evans and Louise Stanton Evans; and her brother Robert Evans. She is survived by: her daughters, Joni Mecca (Charles) of Clarks Green and Debra Sokolowski (Ted) of Lake Ariel; her grandson Timothy Sokolowski of Clarks Summit; and her brother Llewellyn Evans of New York. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
