She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Welty and Bernadette Welty; and her brother John Welty (Denise). She is survived by: her husband Rodger; her children, Ethan, Noah and Emma; her siblings, Colleen Welty, Christine Farabaugh (Chet), Bryan Welty (Christy) and Shawn Welty; and her pet Colt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
