With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Loretta McDermott of Scott Township, Pennsylvania, born in Monessen, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 6, 2024 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Lucy Simeoni and Edward Simeoni. She is survived by: her significant other Frank "Bim" McDermott; her grandchildren, Casey McDermott (Collin Gately), Cassidy Cooper, Jeffrey Cooper, Mitchell McDermott, Connor McDermott, Taylor Walsh, Shayleigh Walsh and Sean Walsh; her children, Terry Cooper (Jeff), Tim McDermott (Geralyn), Tom McDermott (Dana) and Tina McDermott Walsh (Paul); and also Frank.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bagnato Funeral Home, Inc. (50 Jefferson St, Carnegie, PA 15106). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Church (310 Kane Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15243).
