He was predeceased by: his son Larry Smosna, II; his parents, Mildred Smosna and Peter Smosna; and his sister Arlene Tarasovich. He is survived by: his wife Karen Smosna (Little); and his children, Edward Knotek (late Monica) and Lisa Russo (Jerry). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
