He is survived by: his parents, Carl Eugene Smith and Linda Elaine Lutz of Berwick; his fiancé Miko Daly; his children, Skylar Isabella Marie Smith and Gabriel Aiden Alexander Sando; and his brother Brandon Joseph Smith. He is also survived by several aunt, uncles, and cousins.
