He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Maria and Dionisia Villalobos Torrez. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Joseph (Mariette) of Abu Dhabi, UAE, Timothy of Richmond, VA, Brian (Joseph) of Pittsburgh, PA and Maria Sossi (Alfred) of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Anna, Kevin, Ryan, Nicholas and Joshua; and his siblings, Margaret Cowen of Oakley, CA and Basil Torrez of Quinter, KS. He is also survived by many many nieces and nephews.
