He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Teresa (Burke); his son Michael John Choma; and his brother Andy (Jeri). He is survived by: his siblings, Peter Choma, Mary Pawlak (Alex), Chris Cindric (Nick), Steve (Kay), Nick and Al "Butch" Choma (Carol); his children, David, Amanda Burkey, Catherine and Jared Skolnicki; and his great grandchildren, Connor and Blake Burkey. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
