He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Foster and Doris Foster (Young); his sons, Brian and Patrick; and his siblings, Cindy and Tim.
He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy of Washington State, Mary of Washington State and Patricia Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
