He was predeceased by: his parents, Odiss Howarth and Lillian Sutherland Howarth; and his siblings, Earl, Alan, Odiss, Joseph, Roy Howarth, Naomi Misiura and Marie McNeil.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Pish; his daughter Debra J. "Coop" Howarth-Plishka (Joseph) of Baldwinsville, N. Y.; his grandchildren, Nicole Plishka, Krishelle Keen, Jonathan Plishka, Lindsey Frenchko and Jennifer Plishka; his great grandchildren, Gracyn Keen, Annabelle Conway, Cooper Keen, Noah Conway, Lahna Frenchko, Faye Plishka, Emerson Frenchko and Isaac Johnson; and his sister Shirley Mellow of Pittston.
There will be no public calling hours due to COVID-19.
