He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Osif and Anna Stracka Osif; and his siblings, John, Elmer, Helen, Mary and Ann.
He is survived by: his sons, Val Osif, Scott Twp and Frank Osif (Rebecca); his grandson Michael Osif (Brittany Matechak) of Scott Twp; and his son Cody Osif of Scott Twp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
