He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Theresa Rogers (Qualtiere); his children, Mary Jo Rogers, William Rogers (Linda), Dean Rogers, Jr. (Kirsten), Michael Rogers, Mark Rogers (Lil) and Cynthia Rogers (Stephen Ellis); his siblings, Edwin Rogers (Eleanor) and Corolla Sawka (Paul); his grandchildren, Melissa Constant, William Constant III, Malayna Stefaniszyn (Brin), Victor Rogers, Marita Ellis (Jake Marsh), Travis Rogers, Dylan Rogers, Flora Ellis and Bow Clement; and his great grandchildren, Loden and Laeli Stefaniszyn.
