He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Francis and Madeline Tur Sleboda; and his brother Albert Sleboda. He is survived by: his daughter Tanya Sleboda (Gregg Townend); his sister Deborah Sleboda; and his nieces and nephews, Brian Sleboda (Sarah), Bobby Sleboda (Sonia), Bridget Sleboda Meyers and Erin Sleboda. He is also survived by several great-nephews and cousins.
