He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Chaz (Chrissy), Justin (Mallery), Jordan Fascetti (Lori), Josh, Bella, Julia, Cameron, Mya and Nathan; his parents, Charles J. Fascetti and Grace Fascetti; his siblings, Debbie Mancuso (Dan), Cindy Rack (Barry), Tina DeLorenzo (Tom) and Bobby Fascetti (Carol); his nieces and nephews, Dan Mancuso (Carey), Christina Rack, Anthony Rack, Candice Fascetti (Maura), Maro DeLorenzo and Blaine McClendon; and also Frankie McClendon (Teddi).
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, visitation and funeral service will be private to the family.
In lieu of flowers, Chuckie would have been honored to have donations made in his memory to the Light of Life Rescue Mission, 234 Voeghtly Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
