He is survived by: his friends, Aaron, Rachel Cohen, Tony and Emily Cantafio; his children, Dylan and Hunter; his parents, Tony Novak and Mary Ann Mackrell Novak; his sister Katie Novak (Cam Clark); his aunts and uncles, Dave (Bernie Mackrell), Susie (Tony Tolerico), Agnes Nichols (Alan Spilar) and Jeff (Terri Nichols); his cousins, Jeffrey, Debbie Nichols, Shaun, Amy Mackrell, Trish, James McCullagh, Elizabeth, Jimmy Greene, Rose, Chris Hughes and Rachel Mackrell; his parents-in-law, Sue and Mike Tait; and his brother-in-law Addam Tait.
