It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agnes V. Pelcher (Scott Township, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 22, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bartos and Mary Bartos (Selcik); her husband Elmer Pelcher, Sr.; her son David; and her siblings, John Bartos, Albert Bartos, Helen LaGorga and Mary Palamone.

She is survived by: her children, Elmer Pelcher, Jr., Stephen Pelcher (Heather), Glenn Pelcher (Mary Ann) and Margaret Westrick (Ken); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Maurer, Stephen Lowe, Jr., Evan Pelcher, Emily Pelcher, Elizabeth Pelcher, David Westrick, Shelby Pelcher and Lauren Westrick.
